Cancel/Change Order

At Kibanga, we understand that customers may need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This Cancel/Change Order Policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting an order cancellation or making changes to an existing order.


1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order after placing it by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order enters the processing or fulfillment stage. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. No cancellation fees or additional charges will apply.


2. Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, including changes to the following details:

  • Shipping address.
  • Customer name.
  • Contact information.
  • Product style.
  • Size.
  • Color.
  • Quantity.

Please contact Kibanga immediately after placing your order.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate change requests. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the handling, packaging, or shipping process.


3. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided during checkout are complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your shipping address or contact information, please notify us as soon as possible.

Kibanga is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer if the order has already been processed or shipped.


4. Requests After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the applicable return conditions and eligibility requirements.


5. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Refusing a delivery or providing an incorrect shipping address may cause the package to be returned to our fulfillment facility.

Any resolution, including possible reshipment or refund, will be handled according to the circumstances of the return and applicable store policies.


6. Processing Time Considerations

Kibanga processes orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Our standard handling time is 1 business day, and orders are processed Monday through Friday with a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST.

Because of this fast processing schedule, customers are encouraged to submit cancellation or change requests immediately after placing their order.

  • Full name used for the order.
  • Email address associated with the purchase.
  • Details of the cancellation or changes requested.
